Two leaves and a bud have undergone the Yin Hao process of jasmine scenting, and then rolled into a small 'pearl'. These 'pearls' will slowly unfurl at the bottom of your cup as you enjoy the aromatic enticement. This tea never gets better and happily takes more hot water when required. It is gentle, aromatic, beautifully cleansing and refreshing. Place 5-10 pearls in a cup and add hot water. Drink when the pearls start to open and the leaves wave to you.  Two ounces will make approx 25 cups and may be steeped multiple times.
