1.05 oz of shade grown, high-grade matcha.  The bright green color is full of life.
 
Sift approx 1/2 tsp of matcha to bowl.  Add about 1/2 cup of hot water (180-190F) and whisk to a nice frothy finish.  A bamboo whisk or frother works perfect for this.
